Email and hosting providers

This website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Messages from the contact form are delivered to our email system provided by Google (Google Workspace). Data may therefore also be processed outside Switzerland, in countries considered to provide adequate protection or under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Server logs and cookies

The hosting provider records technical access data (such as IP address, date and time) to ensure security. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tools.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

Your rights

You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing by writing to info@abc-office.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
